Synopsis

Thierfelders – a portrait of a family which not only runs a garage in the suburbs of cologne, but lives and breathes motorsports. Father and son, both former racing professionals now concentrate on tinkering with the cars they rent to drivers. However, the existence of the family business is threatened by the rising challenges in motorsports. Can a 16 year old and unexperienced boy named Kevin successfully drive for the Thierfelders? The turbulent season gives an outlook to what it means for son Guido to be the sole heir of the family business. Can he emancipate himself from his father and lead the business in his own way? Will he live on the dream of his father with a sense to his history?
