The young woman, who lives abroad, meets with her friend at a cafe that complies with the Turkish laws prohibiting loud speaking. During the process of harmonizing the law, her cellphone suddenly starts to ring loudly. Despite her hurry, the young woman is excluded from the cafe she is in, because she does not meet the prohibition requirements, and is arrested by state officials who rush into the cafe and take her away.
